  • Don't Skip the Breakfast

    It's rush hour for everyone in the morning, getting up late and driving through busy roads can be quite irksome but that doesn't mean you can skip your breakfast and still think of staying fit. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day and it sets the tone for rest of the day's activities. If not at home pack it to the office; never think of skipping your breakfast.
  • The H2O Factor

    On an average it is necessary for every individual to drink between eight to twelve glasses of water in a day. However not many thoughtfully cultivate the habit of drinking water while working. Those who have a hard time remembering and reaching it, can have a bottle of water ready at their desk.
  • Say no to Junk food

    Most of the junk foods can give you worst nightmares and after effects. Now a days one would notice that junk food consumption is quiet on the rise, while fresh fruits are almost forgotten. If there should be one good reason for you to consume fresh fruits it's just that, they are one hundred percent bad cholesterol free, so pack up a few of them to work daily.
  • Take a Walk

    Move out from your seat take a small walk before or after your lunch, it actually helps you to stay fit and be active all through the day. Being glued to one place from dawn to dusk wouldn't help you much to stay fit and feel healthy. A walk can make you feel better as it can help relax your mind. Moreover it will also ensure that you get back to your seat feeling energetic. Remember nothing matches the walking exercise.
  • Supper Time

    Agreed it was a tiresome day, you were over stressed and dumped with a hectic workload but never forget to end the day with a perfect dinner. Always remember that three meals a day ensures that you stay fit and healthy, so don't skip your dinner.
  • Meet your Doctor

    Although not often a periodical check with your Doctor and Dentist is advisable. It will help you to keep tabs on your sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure levels. Moreover you can get expert advice on healthy eating habits and also get timely help to stay fit all through your life.
