    Do a self analysis or discuss with your close friends to find-out if your anger was way too much. If the answer is a positive yes, then its high time to change the way you express yourself.
  • Work-out a Strategy

    Plan your strategy's and sharpen your skills to control anger. Gruesome anger can break relationships and put you out of business. So always try maintaining your cool and be an earnest pursuer to gain control of your anger.
  • The Timeout Method

    Anger can be a major obstacle on your way to personal and career success. Use the timeout method to control your anger, start counting from 1 to 10 and if it is still not getting you the desired results just get out of the situation and get back later.
  • Take a breather

    Most of the time, the right approach to deal with anger is to deal with the cause itself. So take a deep breath try understanding the reason behind your frustration and dissappointment, which would automatically settle you down.
  • Stay Cool

    Anger is an inevitable emotion. Although being angry can be justified in certain situations. It's always wise to remember 'Anger is one Short of Danger'.
