Invite people, attract attention, increase resume views and get paid
Since every resume is valued based on the jobseeker's years of experience, each time an employer chooses to view a candidate's profile you will get paid a percentage of the resume's worth. The more people you invite, the more the resume views, which invariably will help you get paid!
For instance let's assume you have 5+ years of experience and your resume is priced at Rs. 100/-. Now every time an employer finds you a perfect match for an opening and purchases to view your resume from the ClickJobs database, you will be paid 50% of your resume's worth. Similarly if any of your contact's resume is viewed you will get 10% of the resume's worth and for every friends' friends resume you will get about 5% of the resume's worth!
