Job Description:

 

Candidate will primarily handle the Corporate Secretarial affairs of the Company and its affiliates. Hence needs to be well verse and have sound working knowledge of Company Law compliance and other secretarial matters. 
 

Will work on managing the Employees Stock Option (ESOP) Scheme /Incentive Award Plan, will work with close co-ordination with International Brokers ( since shares of the Company are listed with NYSE), share registrars, etc. Efficient management of day-to-day documentation of ESOP, advising the Employees for submission of ESOP papers with the requisite authorities etc. 
 

Key Skills:

 

Should be confident and have good communication skills (speech and drafting in English), and should work in close co-ordination with the team. 
 

Prefer if candidate has working knowledge in legal affairs as well.
