	MBA in Finance/Mktg with 1-5 yrs experience in retail sales. 
	Graduate with minimum 2 yrs, experience in retail sales.

	Experience of sales in a Financial services industry would be an added advantage.
	A consistently good record in sales or sales management role with potential for leading others.
	Past record of motivating others towards achievement of ambitious targets and attaining higher levels of performance will be an added advantage.
