3. The consultant / placement agency undertakes that the data / information provided by them is true and correct in all respects.

4. ClickJobs.com is in no way responsible, for the manner of operation/terms and conditions / additional charges taken from candidates, of the consultants.

5. All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and ClickJobs.com will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

6. All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and ClickJobs.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situate in Chennai alone.

7. ClickJobs.com shall be mailing resumes of respective candidates / job seekers who have specifically agreed to the circulation of their resumes to consultants/placement agencies. The consultant/placement agency hereby agrees to receive mails containing resumes of such candidates / job seekers.

8. Consultant(s) / Placement Agencies hereby agree to indemnify and keep ClickJobs.com free from all liabilities, including but not limited to any claims of spamming with regard to these mails.

9. Any user / consultant / placement agency agrees not to use the service of ClickJobs.com in violation of the terms and conditions as carried on the home page of ClickJobs.com.
