How do I subscribe for a Pay per Usage model? Simply register your account on ClickJobs.com. Once your registration is completed, our team will manually validate your account information and you will receive an email confirming the same. Once your account is validated, you can buy our service Online or contact our Customer Service. You have the convenient option to pay by Credit/Debit card, and to avail the service you will have to purchase credits for a minimum of Rs. 1000 and you can top-up your account for any amount upto a maximum limit of Rs. 100,000 in denominations of Rs.1000. When you subscribe for our Pay per usage model, you have the flexibility to search our database for Free and purchase contact information of only the candidates you are interested and also post jobs for free. 3. What are the different packages that I can avail? The validity depends on the amount recharged and varies between 1 month to 12 months. The validity is independent of the amount available in your account balance. 5. How can I recharge my account balance? You have the convenient option to pay by Credit/Debit card. To avail the service you will have to purchase credits for a minimum of Rs. 1000 and you can top-up your account for any amount upto a maximum limit of Rs. 100,000 in denominations of Rs. 1000. You can search for your ideal candidates from our vast database of high-caliber profiles. All contact information in the resume would be hidden and if you are interested in a candidate then you need to purchase their contact information. Once you purchase, their contact information would be opened up instantly thereby giving you the convenience to call, email or even sms the candidate. In case of resume applications received for your job postings, you will receive the complete resume of the candidate with their contact information. 7. What happens if the candidate is not reachable? We believe in giving you the right value for your money along with the much needed flexibility, and thats why most of the mobile numbers are verified through our automated mobile system. However if you think that the mobile number is not reachable or is invalid, you have the option to flag the contact number. When you flag the contact number, we manually verify through our Customer Service to inquire if the reason stated by you is valid. And if we find your reason to be true, we will refund the amount back to your account promptly. 8. How can I view the contact details of all candidates whose resume I have purchased? When you purchase the contact information of the candidate, these resumes are saved for your convenience in a default folder called "My Candidates" available in the Candidate Manager, a tool that allows you to manage resume applications. The 'My Candidate' folder gives you the convenience to manage your resumes by classifying them into different folders that can be structured according to your choice. 9. How does Job Posting work? You can post a Job Ad for free and receive unlimited responses. The Job Ad will remain active on our site for 60 days. 10. Where can I view the responses for the job that is posted? When you post a job, you can choose the contact email in which you wish to receive the resume applications. A copy of the resumes will also be stored directly in your Candidate Manager, a folder management system where you can store and retrieve resume applications, under the job title you have posted. 11. Will I continue to receive resume applications for my job ad if my account balance is low or expired? If your account balance is low or due to expire, you will still be able to receive responses for your Job Ad. |
