At Credence, we understand the importance of technology, this is why we are investing in a world class "Recruitment Tracking Software", which will help consultants, candidates and clients alike to reach to their goals faster. We have also started working on a portal which will provide the capabilities of this software online to our clients, consultants & candidates. Databases Without a strong database, it is virtually impossible to run a successful consultancy. There are three main sources of database creation/access, firstly the job portals, secondly Credence database and third, advertisements on the job portals. Credence has access to all the three sources at concessional rates; we make the same available to its consultants at cost price. These databases and advertisement access is a lifeline for any recruitment consultancy. Off course to get access at concessional rates, some terms and conditions need to be adhered to. Industry Contacts Industry contacts are as critical as any of the other three pillars. Getting an entry into an organization and getting the right rates (consultation fee) is very much based on the level you enter an organization at. Normally, if you enter an organization through a known source, the chances that you will get a positive response and the right rates are much higher than if you approach through a cold call.
